Returns Policy

To initiate a return:
Please contact us at info@rugs.net or call (855) 576-7705.
Include your order number to request a prepaid shipping label for your item(s).

Return period:
Items purchased from Rugs.net can be refunded within 14 days of receipt.
After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

Eligibility:
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and packed in original or similar protective packaging.
Before shipping, we document every item with photos for verification.

Please ensure there is:

  • No pet residue or fur
  • No dirt or grass
  • No signs of wear, washing, or improper care
  • No damage or stains

After we receive your return, our management team will inspect the item. You’ll be notified by email once your return is received and informed whether your refund has been approved or declined.
Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method.

Processing time:
Please allow up to five business days for us to process your return and an additional 2–3 business days for your bank to post the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — processing delays are common.
  3. If still unresolved, reach out to info@rugs.net or call (855) 576-7705.

Fees:
There are no fees for returns. Returning your rug is 100% free.
Simply pack it securely and drop it off at FedEx or UPS, or schedule a home pickup.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are possible. To modify an existing order, please contact Customer Care at info@rugs.net or (855) 576-7705.

We have multiple warehouse locations.
To receive return instructions and the correct return address, please email info@rugs.net. We’ll send you the return label and options for drop-off or pickup.
